Delete account

  1. Sign in to Qik Meeting.
  2. Click on user profile and select "Profile".

  1. Select "Edit Profile".

  1. Click on "Delete Account Permanently".

  1. Click “OK” on the dialog
  2. Click "Delete" on the comfirmation dialog as well
  3. Your account will be permanently deleted.

Conditions for data deletion​

  1. Users not connected to any enterprise account will have their data deleted immediately.
  2. Prime users not connected to any enterprise account will have their data deleted in 30 days.
  3. Users connected to any enterprise account will have their data deleted in 90 days.
