What does availability calendar do?
It allows you to share your available slots for a meeting. Share your calendar and ask your client/customer/colleague/friend to select a slot from the available slots to create a new meeting room.
Will I be able to edit my availability calendar?
Yes, you can edit your availability calendar to set the slot duration, calendar validity, online/offline calendar and times on a week day.
How many availability calendars will I be able to create?
If you are a free user you can create one availability calendar. Prime and enterprise users can create unlimited availability calendars.
How will other colleagues/clients/team members be able to see my availability?
By sharing your availability calendar link via email or text message, your colleagues/clients/team members will be able quickly find your available slots and create a new schedule with you.
Will I be able to see others' availability calendar?
You can also view others' available calendars once they are shared with you.
